At Bespoke by Kate we take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, jewellery by its very nature is delicate. If you should need repair on any jewellery piece purchased from Bespoke by Kate, please email email@example.com. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
Bespoke by Kate will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of purchase for 9k, 14k, 18k, or Platinum pieces. Repairs needed after these timelines or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense, beginning at R500 (plus any applicable courier fees). Please let us know in advance if you plan to send a repair by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then provide a form for you to fill out and include with your package. Bespoke by Kate will alert you of tracking for your repair by email.
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard or EFT. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece. The Bespoke by Kate website uses PayFlex payment gateway. Payflex offers the first truly free payment plan in South Africa. Check out with Payflex and pay only 25% of the purchase price today. Your goods are shipped immediately. And you pay the rest over 6-weeks at no additional cost (zero fees, zero interest). Additionally you can also pay your full transaction at checkout if you do not require the payment plan.
Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout using any given Discount Code that was given to you. Discounts are ONLY VALID on specific items and for set periods of time. We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order placed before the Discount Code became valid. We cannot add the Discount Code to an order where you forgot to enter the code. Discount codes cannot be combined, and they do not apply to Gift Cards.
